A company logo can speak a 1,000 words. I love mine because it makes me think of watching the fog roll in. When a fog settles in it becomes difficult to see, you have to use your senses as you move forward and then suddenly there’s a break in the gray darkness and the world becomes crystal clear. In many ways the fog and movement toward visibility is a metaphor for coaching. At some point in all our lives we are in a foggy place, we need to move slowly, carefully and instinctively to find the clearing. Having a coach during that walk can keep us from turning back and can help us to stay on track knowing that we have a strong support to strengthen our foundation and a reminder that the clearing is just ahead.

As a certified coach with an active practice, my philosophy is that Life Coaching can shift your life in ways that can transform perceived negative patterns into a positive, meaningful lifestyle.

I personally continue my education to provide the best coaching possible for my clients. This includes Life and Spiritual Coaching certifications, a certification as an Enneagram Practitioner in the Narrative Tradition, Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Accredited Practitioner of the Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9) and my Nutrition Coach certification from Food Matters Institute as well as a Plant-Based Nutrition certification from eCornell to help those interested in transitioning to a Vegan/Whole Food Plant based lifestyle.
